We’ve teamed up with our pals at 12:51 restaurant where head chef is Champion of Champions of The Great British Menu, James Cochran, to bring an exciting evening of food and beer pairings. They are serving up a 6 course tasting menu together with beer matching led by some of the team.
We’ve also made a collaborative beer with them using malt smoked by James in his home town of Whitstable combining his secret mix of spices to create a lightly smoked and subtly sweet base in this full bodied Jerk Stout.
