Blenheim Black (6.5%) – A framing range beer available seasonally in Keg and cask. Black IPA, Cascadian Dark Ale, American Black Ale, Black Pale Ale – take your pick! It’s a style which causes much discussion. Our version is not exactly black but a very dark brown. It has the typical high-hopping rates you’d expect of an IPA and roasted flavours are kept to a minimum by using the darker malts – Carafa2 and black malt – at the end of lautering, extracting only the colour.
