US Brown (5.5%) – An Autumn seasonal available in Keg and Bottle. Spawned from the English Brown Ale, this American version uses US hops. Malts used include Munich, roasted barley, Crystal and wheat to give a caramel flavor and chestnut colour. American hops are added in moderation – Mosaic, Cascade and Citra – to provide a subtle aroma profile of citrus, floral, earth and fruit.
