Peckham IPA (6.0%) – A foundation range beer available in Keg and 330ml Can. It took us a long time to get this beer right. Most breweries produce their own version of an American Style IPA and we’re proud with what we’ve accomplished. It takes skill producing a balanced beer to allow the hops to shine through while having enough malt backbone and mouthfeel to hold the higher alcohol. The beer is made with kilos of hops throughout the boil and again dry hopped to add further aroma. Columbus, Chinook, Summit and Citra hops provide the spice, citrus and tangerine characteristics.
