Kinsale Best Bitter (4.0%) – A framing range beer available seasonally in Cask. As a Yorkshireman Ian grew up on John Smiths and Sam Smiths beers. Kinsale is a classic Yorkshire Best Bitter. Rich crystal malt and roasted barley add the chestnut colour to the beer while UK hops Progress and Challenger add fruity, herbal, cedar, earthy and grassy notes and the late addition of Celeia gives more herbal and floral characteristics.
